Welcome to Brown Sugar By Andrea! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 1. General Information Brown Sugar By Andrea is an online cookie shop based in Lawrenceville, GA. We currently do not have a physical storefront. Orders may be placed online for shipping or pickup according to the schedule outlined below. 2. Orders & Minimum Quantities Our minimum order is 4 cookies. All products are baked fresh and made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed our FAQ and shipping/pickup schedule. 3. Shipping & Pickup We ship to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Shipping day: Monday each week (orders placed from Saturday–Thursday ship on Monday). Pickup day: Friday, 12–6 PM in Lawrenceville, GA. We do not offer local delivery at this time. Shipping and pickup times may vary during events, bazaars, or pop-up shops. Please check our website for updates. 4. Payments We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. Full payment is required at the time of order. 5. All Sales Are Final Because our cookies are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. If you receive an incorrect order or a product damaged due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your case and work toward a satisfactory solution. 6. Ingredients & Allergens Our cookies are made with high-quality ingredients and may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as: Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, and salt. We currently do not offer vegan or gluten-free products. 7. Schedule Changes Pickup and shipping schedules may change without prior notice due to events or unforeseen circumstances. Updates will always be posted on our homepage. 8. Limitation of Liability Brown Sugar By Andrea is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party shipping carriers once the package leaves our facility. 9.
